    Sleeve grouting material is a high-performance grouting material specially developed for the sleeve grouting connection technology of residential industrialization and fabricated prefabricated component reinforcement. It is a cement-based dry concrete material mixed with high-strength cementitious materials, selected aggregates and various functional admixtures; Add water and mix evenly at the construction site as required to form self flowing slurry, which has the characteristics of low viscosity, high strength, good fluidity, micro expansion and no shrinkage.

    ● used for secondary grouting of large equipment foundation, anchor bolt anchoring, steel structure column base plate grouting, etc;

    ● it is used for the connection of reinforcement sleeves in various concrete precast components, especially the connection between prefabricated frame columns and shear walls of prefabricated houses and industrialized houses and the foundation;

    ● it is used for structural reinforcement and transformation and bridge bearing grouting.

    Ordinary grouting material

    Ordinary cement-based grouting material is prepared with high-strength materials as aggregates, cement as binder, supplemented by high flow state, anti segregation, micro expansion and other substances. It has the characteristics of good fluidity, micro expansion, anti cracking, no shrinkage, early strength, high strength and anti segregation.

    ● for grouting filling: grouting filling and sealing of concrete joints and holes.

    ● for emergency repair and construction works with low temperature requirements.

    ● used for grouting fixation: equipment foundation, steel structure column base plate, anchor bolt, bridge expansion joint, bridge basin rubber bearing, prestressed tensioning anchor bolt of wind farm base, track spike and various structural parts.

    ● used for grouting reinforcement: beam and column section increase and shear wall thickening.

    Difference between sleeve grouting material and ordinary grouting material

    ● sleve grouting material and ordinary cement-based grouting material are grouting materials that can be used by using cement as the basic material, mixing with dry mixture composed of aggregate, admixture and other materials, and adding water and mixing evenly according to the specified proportion on the construction site. From the definition, there is no obvious difference between the two, but the Executive Standards of the two materials are not the same, so the requirements for truncated cone fluidity and compressive strength are also different.

    As shown in the chart, the performance of sleeve grouting material is different from that of ordinary cement-based grouting material.

    ● truncated cone fluidity: the fluidity of ordinary cement-based grouting material is large, which is easy to form a self leveling state, while the sleeve grouting material does not need too high fluidity.

    ● maximum aggregate particle size: the smaller the aggregate particle size, the better the compactness of grouting and the less cavities will appear. The maximum particle size of aggregate used for sleeve grouting material shall not exceed 2.36mm; The maximum aggregate particle size of ordinary cement-based grouting material is different for each type (refer to the above figure).

    ● compressive strength: the compressive strength of sleeve grouting material is relatively high, and the strength of 1 day, 3 days and 28 days is higher than that of ordinary cement-based grouting material. This is because the sleeve grouting material needs to play a connecting role in the sleeve for rebar connection, so it must have a high compressive strength to wrap the rebar.

    ● chloride ion content: the lower the chloride ion content, the stronger the performance of protecting reinforcement and the longer the service life of prefabricated buildings. Chloride ion content of sleeve grouting material < 0.03%; The chloride ion content of ordinary cement-based grouting material is less than 0.1%.
