What are the construction steps of sleeve grouting material?

The construction steps of general sleeve grouting materials are as follows:

1. Base course treatment: remove the construction surface of the project and remove the dust and oil stains on the basic surface; Carry out manual or mechanical equipment roughening (or brushing interface agent), and all engineering construction surfaces must be firm and free of open water;

2. Check whether the grouting hole and air outlet of the steel sleeve are blocked. If there is any blockage, dredge it first;

3. Connect the grouting pipe and prepare the pipe joint;

4. According to the strongly recommended water demand, add water to mix the sleeve grouting material. It is strongly recommended to select the low-speed compulsory mixer, which is generally mixed up and down for 3-5 minutes; If a hand drill is used for mixing, there are many bubbles after mixing, it must be kept for 2min up and down until the bubbles are broken before grouting;

5. If manual mixing is selected, the viscosity of the grouting material will be relatively high at the beginning. At this time, the mixing time must be increased, and more water cannot be added due to the high viscosity. According to the strongly recommended water demand, with the increase of mixing time, the fluidity of the grouting material will be better and better.

6. Manual or mechanical equipment shall be used for grouting, which shall be poured from one end to the other end, and then the grouting port and exhaust port shall be closed.

7. The grouting material can not be used in the grouting sleeve for 24 hours after grouting.
