In order to prevent the paved board from sliding up and down, use u-hook to pull the upper and lower layers for temporary fixation. The upper and lower layers of plates must be overlapped with staggered joints, the overlapping length should not be less than 1 / 3 of the plate length, and the internal and external corners should be overlapped with stubble.

8. When pasting polystyrene board, dot the benzene board, such as (600mm) on each board × 600mm as an example) 16 points, the edge point should be 25mm away from the slab edge, the diameter of mortar point is about 60mm and the thickness is 10mm; The pasting diameter is 100mm, the thickness is 2-3mm, the center distance between points is 150mm-200mm, and the pasting wall area is 30% of EPS board.

9. The periphery of door and window openings, plinths, deformation joints, parapets and other embedded parts shall be covered with polymer mortar. The bandwidth is 60mm, the thickness is 10mm, and then on the polystyrene board (600mm) × 600mm) and the rest shall be painted with 12 points. The bonding wall area is 50% of EPS board.

10. When pasting polystyrene board, all bonding joints shall be in contact with the base layer at the same time, and the two hands shall be rubbed evenly left and right for 5-7 times to make the polymer mortar stick to the wall firmly.

11. When pasting polystyrene board, first paste it from the periphery of door and window openings, and put the plate to be cut in the middle..

12. When pasting the canopy, corner and deformation joint, turn over the package, and bond the standard mesh with the width of 200mm-260mm to the wall with the bonding width of 70mm.

13. For the polystyrene board pasted on the base course, the gap between the boards shall not be greater than 2mm, the board surface shall be vertical and flat, the allowable deviation shall not exceed 3mm, and the height difference of the board surface shall not exceed 1.5mm.

14. When pasting, the polymer mortar on the extrusion plate side shall be removed with an ash knife.

15. For small joints between plates caused by blanking size deviation or cutting, polystyrene plates shall be cut into appropriate small pieces and inserted into the joints.

16. After the polystyrene board is pasted with a certain area, check it with a 2m guiding rule, flatten and compact the board, and conduct preliminary leveling to prepare for the next process.

17. Polish the whole wall after the benzene board is pasted for 24 hours. Polish the whole wall with coarse sand paper or special tools. Do not polish along the parallel direction of the board joint, but make a gentle circular movement to smooth the uneven part. After the wall is polished, clean the debris of polystyrene board, and check the flatness with a 2m guiding rule at the same time.

18. The construction of mesh cloth must be carried out 24 hours after the polystyrene board is pasted, and it is ensured that the process of wiping cloth on the sunny surface is arranged first.

19. 5mm gap shall be reserved at the top of parapet or the lower part of projection to facilitate the embedding of grid cloth.

20. The decorative dividing strip must be grooved with the dividing line slotter 24 hours after the EPS board is pasted.

21. Polymer mortar can be applied on the side of EPS board except for the side of EPS board with inverted mesh cloth, and polymer mortar shall not be applied on the side of EPS board under other circumstances.
